The GCR Genome Explorer provides access to genomic data generated within the Gastric Cancer Registry. It will be an interface for identifying clinical-genomic driver associations. The preliminary version of the Genome Explorer was released in March 2020. Our research team is continually working to process clinical samples to make sequencing data available to the public.
